Deposits are based on the results of a credit report.  For $5, a Customer Service Representative will run a credit report. The results of the credit report are color coded and the deposit amount is based on the color result. 

 

For Water and Electric Deposits:

 

Green - No Deposit

Yellow - $175

Red - $350

 

For Water Only Deposits:

 

Green or Yellow - $50

Red - $100
