Road Way Assembly Permit Application

Procedure:
1. Fill out the application and attach requested documentation.
2. Submit application to City Clerk at least two weeks prior to the event.
3. Application will be reviewed by the Chief of Police and City Clerk.
4. If approved, the applicant will be mailed a Group Assembly Permit. Please keep this permit with you during the event!
If denied, a letter will be mailed to the applicant notifying him/her of the denial.
