The City of Jackson’s Water and Sewer Department is currently seeking to fill a full-time laborer position. No experience needed. Must be motivated to learn new things and be a self-starter, have a willingness to solve problems and the ability to work well with others; must have a High School Diploma or GED. Applicants will need to attain CDL (Class B w/air brake endorsement) to maintain employment. Eligible for health, life and dental benefits the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. Retirement and Supplemental Insurance also available. If employed, must be willing to comply with Georgia’s “Drug Free Workplace” regulations and submit to periodic drug testing.
