PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The City of Jackson City Council will conduct two Public Hearings upon the following matter:
Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance Article I: Section 1-4 Definitions (Small Box Discount Stores); and Article II: Establishment of Districts and Table 1 Schedule of District Use Regulations: Legend and Article II: Establishment of Districts; Table 1 Schedule of District Use Regulations: Legend and ARTICLE VII Special Provisions for Certain Uses Section 7-1. Reserved.
The Public Hearings will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 and Tuesday, June 6, 2023 both at 7:00PM in the Conference Room at City Hall located at 134 South Oak Street, Jackson, Georgia.
